Director
Maths Tutor
Mandy has over 9 years of tutoring experience, beginning with in-person GCSE and A-Level Maths tutoring during her Bachelor's in Mathematics & Statistics at Queen Mary University of London.
Having achieved A* grades in both GCSE and A-Level Maths, she embarked on a successful career as an Actuary in the City of London before making the rewarding transition to full-time online tutoring.
She has since developed an effective approach to tackling unfamiliar problems, helping numerous students achieve top grades and secure admission to some of the UK’s most prestigious universities.
Rita
Maths Tutor
Rita is a dedicated GCSE Maths tutor with over two years of experience working with students of various curriculums and abilities. Currently studying Global Politics at the University of Warwick, she has a strong passion for Maths and a commitment to helping students succeed.
With a background as a teaching assistant and now a tutor, Rita tailors her lessons to each student’s individual learning style, ensuring they develop a deep understanding of Maths concepts. Her approach focuses on identifying gaps in knowledge and building confidence, equipping students with the skills they need to excel in their GCSEs.
Sophie
Maths Tutor
Sophie is a supportive and highly skilled GCSE and A-Level Maths tutor with a talent for making maths clear and engaging. She achieved straight 9s at GCSE and 3 A*s at A-Level, and now studies Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford.
Previously one of Mandy’s students at Tutorberry, Sophie’s journey from pupil to Oxford undergraduate reflects her natural mathematical ability and determination. With valuable tutoring experience and a gift for explaining challenging concepts, she is known for being hardworking and approachable, bringing clarity and encouragement to every lesson.
Madalena
Maths Tutor
Madalena has over four years of tutoring experience and now works full-time following a year studying Algebraic Geometry at the University of Cambridge. She holds a First Class Honours BSc in Mathematics from King's College London, having achieved nine Grade 9s at GCSE, along with A* grades in Mathematics and Further Mathematics at A-Level.
She takes a highly individualised approach, adapting to each student’s goals and learning style. Patient and clear in her explanations, she specialises in making complex ideas intuitive. Her focus is not only on securing top grades, but on developing confident, independent problem-solvers who can tackle unfamiliar challenges with clarity and confidence.
Kiri
Maths Tutor
Kiri is an enthusiastic GCSE & A-Level Maths tutor and a qualified Actuary with a Masters in Actuarial Science & First-Class Bachelors in Mathematics.
Kiri brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his tutoring as an experienced Maths tutor based in London. He offers high-quality online lessons. With 6 years of tutoring experience, he has developed an effective learning methodology that has consistently helped students achieve top grades.

Ananya
Maths Tutor
Ananya has over four years of experience teaching GCSE Maths and Sciences and is currently completing a BSc in Cognitive Neuroscience with Psychology at the University of Nottingham. Her degree gives her a strong understanding of how students learn, allowing her to identify the root causes of gaps in understanding that students often cannot see themselves.
She tailors each lesson to the individual, using evidence-based learning and revision strategies to ensure sessions are both effective and focused. Her approach helps students build confidence while making consistent progress.
Beyond grades, Ananya believes curiosity is key to making knowledge stick. She connects Maths and Science concepts to real-life situations so students understand not just the content, but why it matters.

Training & Development
Jai a Warwick School alumnus, manages the day-to-day operations of Tutorberry and is responsible for the training and growth of tutors, ensuring that our team consistently deliver high-quality education.
With his extensive expertise in Quality Assurance & Marketing, he has brought a wealth of skills and knowledge to the team. Jai holds a Bachelors in Pharmacy and combines his academic background with a deep passion for advancing educational services.
His dedication and strategic insight have significantly contributed to Tutorberry’s development and ongoing success.
